You can make your purchases by credit card, debit card (bank card) or money order/eft.

Unfortunately, we do not have a cash on delivery option. If you do not have a credit card, you can place an order by paying by wire transfer. Do not forget to write your name, surname and order number in the money order/eft explanation section for your shopping to be processed properly.

Your order may have different delivery days depending on the product line. Your order will be shipped within 2-7 working days on average. We send our stocked product immediately, if it is not stocked product, we may have to knit it. In such a case, we will contact you and inform you about the approximate order time.

• What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for orders over 250 TL. Shipping fee below 250TL is 12TL.

• Where can I track the status of my order?

You can see the latest status of your order by clicking the My Orders tab on the My Account page.

• What can I do if my order has not arrived?

You will be informed if your order is delayed. However, in cases where you do not receive information, you can contact us on 0549 791 67 40 and get detailed information about your order.

You can add or edit your address information from the My Addresses tab on the My Account page.

• Can you send the product I bought abroad?

Unfortunately, Baboo does not have international shipping at the moment.
