This "Information Text" , Baboo As, Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) Accordingly, as the Data Controller, within the framework of Article 10 titled "Information Obligation of the Data Controller" and Article 11 titled "Rights of the Relevant Person" in the KVKK; It is presented to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which came into force on April 7, 2016 (“KVKK”) In case our customers share their personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, Baboo will be able to record, maintain, update your personal data within the framework determined by the Law, and disclose, transfer and process it to third parties to the extent and limited to the current circumstances. - It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

Baboo will not use your personal data for purposes other than processing, and will not transfer and/or disclose it to third parties without your consent or any other reason stipulated in the relevant legislation. Our Company reserves the right to disclose information that must be shared with public institutions and organizations and/or judicial authorities in accordance with the legislation.
You have the right to waive, in whole or in part, any consent you have given regarding the processing of your personal data. In addition, your rights under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not
- Requesting information if your personal data has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data
- In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
- Object to a result arising against you due to your personal data being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems, and
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.
Our rights arising from this form and the legislation are reserved. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to reject requests that are unreasonably difficult and that we reserve the right to request the expenses incurred by our Company according to the tariff specified in Article 13 of the KVKK.
In accordance with the legislation, there is a legal obligation for our Company to keep records and documents regarding the transactions it carries out with its customers for a certain period of time. If you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, your request will be fulfilled at the end of the said period. During this period, your personal data will not be processed by our Company, will not be shared with third parties except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts, and you will not be contacted for any product promotion or marketing.
